1. WELCOME FROM CHAIR Eleanor Smith MP welcomed parliamentary colleagues to the closed meeting of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Adult Social Care. 2. 3. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE Eleanor Smith MP advised that as this was the inaugural meeting of the group, there was no income and expenditure records to referred to at this point. At this point it was proposed and agreed that PB Consulting would be appointed the Secretariat of the Group.
