FUTURE OF CARE 5 REPORT LAUNCH

On Wednesday 20th March, the Adult Social Care APPG held a Parliamentary event in Dining Room B, to launch its report: Future of Care 5. This report pulls together the five key, collective visions for the future of social care that have been recently published and to distill their findings into five recurring policy asks.

The hope behind the publication of Future of Care 5 is to provide an accessible introduction to recurring routes for social care reform and its future transformation. By its nature, this introduction cannot do justice to the sum of the reports it compiles.

The report launch heard from Minister for Social Care, Helen Whately MP, as well as Daisy Cooper MP, Liberal Democrat Spokesperson for Health and Social Care.

The event also heard from the APPG’s Chair and Co-Chair, the Rt Hon Damian Green MP and Sarah Owen MP.
